You can call us during office hours and we will try to talk you
through the problems that you are experiencing.
2. Remote Access support - includes free onsite survey
We visit your office and install remote access software on your
pc's and servers. If problems arise, you call us and we then access
your computer remotely and resolve the problems where possible.
We can only access your computers when you start the remote access
software.
3. On-site support - includes free onsite survey
If neither of the above are suitable for you needs we can offer
an on-site support package. Please contact
us for further details.
4. Server Maintenance - includes free onsite survey
A monthly service whereby we remotely access your servers and
update all the necessary Microsoft and anti-virus patches and also
carry out hard-drive maintenance.
